BANFF Collection - Film // Canadian Rockies Sunrise
Banff National Park // February 2024. One of the most incredible things I have ever seen. I woke up early to start my drive out to Lake Louise. In the parking lot of my Airbnb I noticed the sunrise was starting to get very pink and orange but it was hidden behind the trees from where I was standing. The moment I pulled out of the parking lot I immediately pulled off on the side of the road in absolute awe. In front of me was the mountain range with the most beautiful fiery alpenglow. The clouds started turning pink. Behind me were clouds decorating the sky in orange,pink and blue hues, perfectly framing the sun cresting over the top of the eastern facing mountain range. A view I will never forget. Shot on Fuji Superia 400.
